Please carefully repack items to avoid damage on the return trip.

If you need to return a painting, ship it insured and send me the tracking code. Once I receive it and determine it's in original condition, I'll refund money less 4% transaction fees (Paypal/Stripe).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

Ships insured, usually within 3 business days. If it is still wet, it may take up to 10 days to ship. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Framing

All paintings are offered with a Free Frame, unless noted in a particular sale (ie Sketch Sale or Special Sale). Cradled panels 4x4 and smaller are not framed. I frame the painting in a frame that I believe complements the piece. Some examples are below. If the frame is different for a particular piece, it is shown on the painting's page. Here's an example. If you'd like a different framing option, please let me know. Often times, I can switch it without delay or cost.

I can always work with you to find what you're looking for.

Materials

What surface do you paint on?

I love to try new combinations of surfaces while maintaining best practices and the highest quality materials.
-Ampersand Gessobord

-DIY panels on hardboard or mdf with muslin, acrylic primer, alkyd oil primer, or alkyd lead primer.

-Centurion deluxe oil primed linen, stretched or on panels

What brand of paints do you use?

Rembrandt, Utrecht, Michael Harding, Winsor Newton, Gamblin, Blue Ridge, Vasari, Van Gogh. I love to try new materials. :)

What colors are on your palette?

I have a basic palette of a warm/cool of each primary and a couple of modifiers.

What brushes do you use?

Flats and filberts usually. Natural bristle from Silver, Robert Simmons and da Vinci, Ivory and Shiraz from Rosemary & Co., synthetic brushes by Princeton.

Do you use a medium?

Copic sketch markers N0, N2, N4, N6, and N8 and a whiteout pen.
